All other Services

1. Do you travel?

Yes, I travel! I am based in the Charlotte, NC area. My mileage fee is $1 per mile. Please note that this travel fee applies to all ON-LOCATION sessions. Exact mileage fee is TBD upon location request. Please contact me prior to scheduling an appointment for an estimate

2. is pricing subject to change by availability?

Pricing is subject to change at any time. However, once you have secured your session on schedule with a 50% deposit or have paid in full — the price you were quoted upon booking is the price you will pay. If you have not paid a deposit, do not expect a price lock nor date to be held. Availability is first come, first served!

3. What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?

Please note that all sales are final. Deposits act as an agreement to all of Lens Queen Photography policies. Make sure to read over the service you wish to book and all that it comes with before proceeding. All services require a 50% non-refundable deposit upon booking. If you must reschedule, you will have 48 hours prior to do so. Your remaining balance is due on the original booked date. A new studio fee also applies to reschedules and must be paid before receiving a new date. Only one reschedule is allowed. If the session is cancelled by client same day, there will be no transfer of your deposit to a new date. Grace period is 15 minutes. After 15 minutes late, the appointment will be considered a no show. No-shows may be charged 100% of the remaining balance

4. Do you offer digital files, prints, or albums?

At this time, I do not offer digital files, prints, or albums directly. However, I’d be happy to recommend trusted professional printing companies that deliver high-quality results to help you bring your images to life beautifully.

5.i'd like to have my photos taken in studio, do you have a location?

I do not own a personal studio; however, I work with trusted partner studios that are rented per session, per hour. Please note that most sessions requiring a studio setting will include an additional studio/location fee, unless otherwise stated in your service agreement.

Studio rental rates range from $50–$120 per hour, depending on availability, aesthetics, amenities, and the length of time needed. If your session requires a studio, you must select the “Studio Add-On” at the time of booking. A minimum $50 studio fee will be due at booking along with your deposit.

If professional makeup is added to your session, a minimum two-hour studio rental is required to allow adequate time for both services.

Any remaining studio balance beyond the minimum will be determined during consultation and added to your final invoice. Please review your package details carefully before scheduling, as some packages already include one hour of studio rental in the listed price.

Studio fees are non-negotiable, as they are an essential cost of doing business. In the event of a cancellation made less than one week prior to your session, studio fees are non-refundable, in accordance with most studio owners’ policies.

If you prefer to avoid a studio fee, I recommend considering an in-home or outdoor session instead. If you have any questions about studio, in-home, or on-location sessions, please feel free to reach out using the contact form below—I’m happy to help guide you to the best option for your needs.

6. Can I request specific poses or shots?

Absolutely! I'd love to hear your ideas and incorporate them into your photoshoot. Please share your inspirations, and we'll work together to create a personalized and memorable experience. Feel free to use the contact form below for a fast, free and effortless consultation!

7. can i RECEIVE a copy of the raw images?

RAW files are not released under any circumstances unless a signed copyright transfer agreement is completed and a $1,200 copyright release fee is paid. This process is required to legally protect my work and maintain the integrity and standards of my brand. Without a signed contract and paid invoice, RAW images will not be provided.

Please trust that your gallery will be carefully curated using my professional eye to deliver the strongest and most flattering images from your session.

If you would like additional images edited beyond what is included in your package, you will receive watermarked RAW proofs to review. You will have 24 hours to select the images you’d like retouched.

Retouching rates are as follows:

• Basic edits: $15 per image

• High-end retouching: $30 per image

• Manipulation edits: $50 per image

Basic edits include color correction, cropping, and original backdrop cleanup.

High-end retouching includes blemish removal, skin smoothing, flyaway hair removal, body sculpting, wrinkle reduction, plus all basic edits.

Manipulation edits combine both basic and high-end retouching. It also includes digital backdrops, scenery changes, or the addition/removal of elements not present in the original photograph.

8. How long till I receive the final photos?

Please allow 2 weeks to receive your retouched images. I edit all of my work myself and this can often take days on end to complete during a busy week of shooting, editing previous shoots, taking care of home, holidays, etc. so please book accordingly. Please, do not hassle or request sneak peeks before the 2 week mark. Rush delivery is available if you need your images back sooner. Rush delivery is an additional $150 for a 3-5 day turn around!
